Her f\u00e5r barna utforske klatring i sitt eget tempo, med veiledning fra v\u00e5re instrukt\u00f8rer. Autobelay-klatring, buldring eller grunnleggende klatreferdigheter &#8211; her blir det lagt opp til mange morsomme utfordringer underveis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Har barnet ditt klatret f\u00f8r? Her f\u00e5r ungdommene en grundig innf\u00f8ring i ulike klatreformer, sikkerhet og teknikker, og l\u00e6rt seg nye ferdigheter i klatreveggene. Bli med p\u00e5 klatreskolen!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For ungdom mellom 13 og 18 \u00e5r som vil ta klatringen til neste niv\u00e5, har vi klatreskole! Her trener vi b\u00e5de p\u00e5 buldring og tauklatring, fra grunnleggende til avansert teknikk. Fokuset er p\u00e5 styrke, bevegelighet og individuell oppf\u00f8lging fra v\u00e5re instrukt\u00f8rer, slik at ungdommene kan pushe grensene sine i trygge omgivelser. Klatreskolen g\u00e5r \u00e9n fast dag i uka, og deltakerne melder seg p\u00e5 for hele perioden.
